Childhood
“I’ve always been drawn to people and their stories.” From a young age, strangers felt safe opening up to me trusting me with their rawest emotions, even when I didn’t fully understand why.
The Inner Work
“My healing journey began.”
Through therapy, mindfulness, and deep dives into psychology and neuroscience, I began learning the language of emotions for myself, and for others.
The Research Phase
“I sat with people from all walks of life.” Over the course of a year, I spoke with individuals in cafés, homes, and community spaces listening to real stories of love, fear, and loss.
A Common Thread
“Emotional awareness doesn’t always mean emotional clarity.” Many believed they were emotionally intelligent, but struggled to name what they truly felt. That gap became impossible to ignore.
